Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Eight Pearls. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers), personal care items, or items with hygiene seals that have been broken, cannot be returned.
  • Gift cards and downloadable software products are also non-returnable.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us.

Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
